The three-month practical training for students of the “G. S. Rakovski” Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Technology in Stara Zagora has concluded. As part of it, ten 12th-graders visited "VIDEOTON Bulgaria" every week to gain valuable professional experience. With guidance from our experienced specialists, the young participants learned about various production and business processes and gained a realistic view of the knowledge and skills needed for a successful future career.

The program concluded with a final meeting between the students and their mentors, during which impressions from their joint work were shared, along with the professional and life lessons learned. Representatives of the management team also attended the event; they not only congratulated the participants on their commitment but also shared their own professional journeys and career development stories with the young people. As a token of appreciation for their efforts, the students received certificates for successful completion of their practice, while the mentors were awarded diplomas of appreciation for their professionalism and dedication.
