How long have you been working at VIDEOTON Bulgaria?

Since 2000

In fact, my entire professional career so far has been spent here -  I started as an "Operational Accountant" in the cash department after graduation in 2000. About half a year later, I joined the army (at that time, military service was mandatory for all young men in Bulgaria). After completing my military service, I returned and took on the role of "Responsible Accountant" in a new production division that was being formed at that time (production of hair dryers). Two years later, a new opportunity opened up for me, and I took the next step in my professional development - I was entrusted with the position of "Accountant/Controlling". And so on until 2024, when I climbed the next "step" in the hierarchy as "Controlling Manager". In the middle of this year, I accepted an even greater professional challenge, taking on the role of "Financial Manager".

I joined the company, following my father's professional path, but I started from the lowest possible level. Shortly after I joined the team, my father left, and since then, my career growth has been entirely a result of the inevitable opportunities that arise in a large, growing company like VIDEOTON Bulgaria, the skills I have demonstrated, and the justified trust after taking on more and more responsibilities. If a person is conscientious and willing to give a little more than is expected, this is inevitably noticed and rewarded. I believe that competent people are rewarded for their hard work and dedication sooner or later.
