My professional journey at VIDEOTON Bulgaria began in March 2015, when I took on the position of “Packer-Controller”. I quickly got into the job, I liked it, and over time, I began to understand it better and better. In September 2016, I was transferred to the measurement laboratory – a dynamic and diverse environment that allowed me to delve deeper into the production process. There, I gained valuable knowledge not only about measurements and control, but also about working with tools and performing minor repairs. I studied intensively – there is no better school than “practice” – and I was constantly developing. 2019 was a landmark year for me on a personal level – I went on maternity leave, and after my return in 2021, I took on a new role – “Quality Specialist”. This was an important step in my career, which gave me the opportunity to get to know in detail the quality management system and customer service. I was responsible for the quality of thermoset parts, which further expanded my professional experience. In November 2024, I was entrusted with the position of "Quality Manager" - a role that I accepted with responsibility and a desire to continue my development and to contribute to the success of our team and the company. Each stage of this journey has built me as a professional and shown me that with perseverance, commitment, and a desire to learn, real results are achieved.
