I started working here as an “Electrical Elements Assembler” in 2006. A few weeks later, I received a call from the HR department with an offer for another position, “Administrator / Preventive Maintenance Organizer”. My main task was to organize the maintenance of the equipment using specialized software. Three years later, the company launched a project for the production of cable forms for the cars’ electrical installation. A team was formed, and together with several experienced colleagues and hundreds of new employees, we went to Romania for three months for specialized training and project transfer. After our return, I took on the difficult task of production planning, which was a real challenge for a young specialist like me. I believe that this period predetermined my future professional development - I learned a lot and gained extremely valuable practical experience. After the successful completion of the project in 2011, I took on a new role - “Production Coordinator and Training Manager”. In parallel, I gradually began to get acquainted with the management of printed circuit board production, which gave me a chance to expand my knowledge even more and develop myself. I probably coped well with the assigned responsibilities, because in 2017 I got the incredible chance to have as a mentor the production manager, my colleague Nachka Panayotova. For several years, side by side with her, I drew on her long professional experience, got acquainted with all the projects, and gradually mastered the skills necessary for production management. So, after 15 years of hard work, countless difficulties, and small professional victories, in 2021, I took up my current position of “Production Manager”. Today, four years later, I look boldly forward – with confidence that every challenge is simply the next step towards success.
