How long have you been working at VIDEOTON Bulgaria?

Immediately after I graduated from Forestry University (my first profession is "forestry engineer"), I started working in my specialty at the State Forestry. However, my entrepreneurial spirit was not calm, and only 6 months later, I took a different direction - I started my own business, in a completely different field, with completely different challenges. Meanwhile, I participated in the development of many diverse European projects, which greatly enriched me professionally. For almost a decade, I gained valuable practical experience, continued to train and develop.  Over time, however, the business environment and my priorities changed - it was time for new professional challenges. I developed a strong professional interest in Management Systems—encompassing quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety—and undertook training while progressively gaining practical experience in this field.  After gaining knowledge and confidence, I started working as a consultant in a small company, and later I joined the team of a large holding. So, step by step, gaining practical experience and working with extremely erudite colleagues in the field, I gained a lot of valuable knowledge.

I joined the VIDEOTON Bulgaria team at the end of 2018. For me as a professional, this was a great chance to build on my expertise – now in an international environment. Working here presented me with new challenges and provided the opportunity to further develop my potential. Moreover, leveraging my knowledge and experience, I am able to propose ideas and solutions that contribute to more sustainable business development and a more responsible future.
