Metin Ibriam

Metin Ibriam was born in 1973 in Asenovgrad, Bulgaria. He graduated from the Technical College at the Technical University of Varna with a specialty in “Electronics and Microelectronics” and continued to studies in the field of Industrial Management.  He started his career in Consumer Electronics manufacturing in 1997 as Department Manager, and 6 years later, as R&D Manager in Istanbul/Turkey. In 2007, he moved back to Bulgaria and stepped into the Automotive Industry manufacturing, taking different positions – Process Manager, Production Manager, Operational Manager, and Plant Manager. Result-driven personality with 25+ years of experience, especially in Electronic Manufacturing and Automotive industries, with a focus on driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, optimization, and quality control. Skilled in process improvement, industrialization, establishment of company structure, organization & people management. Ready to deliver significant results and sustainable growth in accordance with company policies.

In August 2025, he joined the VIDEOTON Bulgaria team as Co-managing director for VEAS Bulgaria EOOD. With his large experience, Metin has the ambition to contribute to the growth of the company and its strengthening as a leading “player” in the electronics industry.
