Zoltan Horvath

Chairman of the Board of Directors, VT DZU JSC

Born in 1961 in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. Graduated from the Technical University of Heavy Industry in Miskolc as a mechanical engineer. In 1997, he gained an economics degree from the University of Economics in Budapest. He joined Videoton Electronics Company in 1985 as a developing technologist in the Radio Factory. In 1991, he participated in the first Philips project of VIDEOTON. In 1994, he was the founding director of the predecessor of VT Automotive Electronics. Between 1994 and 1998, he was a Member of Parliament, vice president of the committee responsible for the preparation of Hungary’s accession to the EU. Since 2000, he has been managing VIDEOTON’s ventures in Bulgaria, responsible for all operational activities and business development.
