The high distinction was presented to Mr. Saykov during an official ceremony in Sofia by H.E. Dr. Miklós Boros, Ambassador of Hungary to Bulgaria, who emphasized the awardee's significant role over the years in strengthening Hungarian-Bulgarian relations in economic, industrial, and social terms.

The order is one of the main state awards of Hungary, presented to individuals with exceptional merit in areas such as science, culture, education, public activities, the economy, and international relations. The award is presented by the President and can be awarded to both Hungarian and foreign citizens.

This marks another honor for our respected colleague, who in 2015 was awarded the Hungarian state award “Silver Cross of Merit” in recognition of his work in representing Hungarian economic interests, as well as for popularizing Hungarian culture.
